Every per-branch preview environment now boots with a realistic, anonymized dataset instead of empty tables. Reviews catch pagination, long-name, and empty-state bugs before merge — the classes of bug screenshots always hid.

Rotation restaffing and alert-routing cleanup brought fleet-wide median first response for critical incidents down from 15 to 11 minutes over the trailing quarter. The 15-minute SLA stands; we just like beating it.

SLAs, sprint cadence, change control, incident response, handover — the documentation we used to send as PDFs is now public at /docs/. Transparency is cheaper than surprise for everyone involved.

We stood the company up audit-ready: our Type I report attests the controls are in place across all trust criteria, with the Type II observation window now running. The report is available to clients and prospects under NDA.

All internal and client-facing administrative access defaults to passkeys with hardware-key fallback. We launched phishing-resistant by default — passwords are the exception, not the upgrade.
