2. Service engagements
All consulting, development, and managed services are governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. In the event of conflict between those documents and this page, the executed agreements control.
3. Intellectual property
The Axiora Trust name, logo, and website content are the property of Axiora Trust LLC. Client project deliverables are owned as defined in the applicable Statement of Work — by default, work product is assigned to the client upon payment.
4. No warranties for website content
This website is provided "as is". While we keep information current, we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy and accept no liability for decisions made based on it.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
